In order to be eligible to appear on our websites/mobile apps, your offers must meet the
following criteria:
Your offer must not violate any laws or regulations, and your goods and services (as well as how you advertise them) must be legal. You must perform your services in accordance with applicable best industry practise and possess all essential licences, which must be valid. We are not liable if you, your goods, services, or offers violate any laws or ordinances, and we are not required to carry out any investigation before advertising your offers.
Discount card is only for registeYour offer must be more advantageous than your usual and/or discounted pricing available to the general public.
Your products and services must not have the potential to put our members in financial difficulty. In particular, we will not list any offers that relate to gambling or alcohol.
Anything that could damage our reputation and or brand or put us in jeopardy must not be included in your offers, products, or services;
Your offer needs to clearly state what should be done next and include a link to your company website, not a social networking platform.
The offer must be expressly worded, without doubt, and must include all necessary terms and conditions (or these must be clearly visible to the member when they link through to your website)
Your offer must be for a business operating and registered in the UK, and for products and services available in the UK only.
All Retailers are requested to advise Taxibo of any offers they wish to be advertised on the website using the relevant webform. 21 days notice should be given for any new offers or changes to existing offers.
Retailers may cancel their participation in the Discount Card Scheme at any time by giving 28 days written or via email notice to Taxibo.
A contract between the member and yourself will be created when they use your products and services, and it will be governed by whatever terms and conditions you ask the member to accept. Since we are not a party to that agreement, we are not responsible for it.
If things go wrong and we are made aware of a member complaint in respect of your products, services or offers, we will not become involved in any dispute. If we receive a member complaint, we will request that the member contacts you directly for a resolution. We will not be under any obligation to forward the complaint to you. If we are made aware of a technical issue regarding the listing of your offer, we will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any technical issue relating to our websites / mobile apps as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for your websites or the integrity of any link you provide to us. If we cannot resolve a technical issue, we reserve the right to remove your offer. Where this happens, we shall be under no obligation to notify you and we shall not be liable to you for any loss this causes.
If something goes wrong and we learn that a member has a problem with one of your products, services, or offers, we will not get involved in a dispute. If a member complains to us, we will ask that they get in touch with you directly so that the issue can be resolved. We won't be required to send the complaint to you in any way.
In the event that we become aware of a technical problem with the listing of your offer, we shall make reasonable efforts to fix the problem as soon as it arises. Your websites and the validity of any links you send us are not our responsibility. If we are unable to fix a technical problem, we reserve the right to remove your offer. Where this happens, we shall be under no obligation to notify you and we shall not be liable to you for any loss this causes.
You are accountable for ensuring that you abide by all pertinent and applicable laws and regulations, including (without limitation) those pertaining to data protection, consumer protection, intellectual property infringement, anti-bribery, anti-tax facilitation evasion, modern slavery, and ethical business practises.
You must refrain from taking any action that would harm our reputation and/or brand or bring us into shame.
If we determine that we are at risk in this manner, we will immediately remove your offers from our website without incurring any loss on your part and we will no longer enter into a contract with you.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. If we make a significant change that, in our sole judgement, negatively affects the Offer Listing Service for you, we will let you know by placing a notice in the business portal section of our websites, which you can see after logging in.
If you object to the modifications to our Terms, you must let us know right once and ask that your offers be taken off our websites and mobile apps.
We will assume that you agree to the modifications if you don't request that we take your offers off of our websites and mobile apps. The laws of England will govern any disagreements between us about these Terms and the Offer Listing Service in general. If we consider, in our sole opinion, that any offer does not meet / no longer meets the above eligibility criteria, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to immediately remove it from our websites / mobile apps without liability to you.
We reserve the right to change the above eligibility criteria at any time at our absolute discretion.
Please note that our Offer Listing Service is intended to support local communities, giving smaller businesses the opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of our card holders , whilst at the same time giving them access to local offers in their communities.
